Lee Garden

Tucked away in the peaceful neighborhood of Northwood, Lee Garden at 68 Green Ln offers a cozy corner of Chinese flavors that hits the spot whether you're after a relaxed dinner, a quick bite, or a late-night craving fix. From the moment you step in, the warmth of the staff and the casual, no-frills ambiance set the tone for a meal that’s more about comfort than pomp.

Lee Garden thrives on the classics. Their Crispy Shredded Chilli Chicken (干鸡丝) is the sort of dish that lingers in memory-a perfect harmony of crunch, spice, and a whisper of sweetness that coats the palate. It’s one of those mains that keeps diners coming back, and it pairs exceptionally well with their Salt and Pepper Chips and Chicken Wings, a combo that balances heat with that satisfying fried texture everyone loves.

The Spring Rolls here aren’t just a starter-they’re a benchmark. Golden, crisp shells filled with well-seasoned veggies, served piping hot with a dipping sauce that adds just the right kick. If you’re in the mood for something a bit more comforting and rich, the Mapo Doufu delivers a silky texture with earthy heat that’s ideal for dinner on a cool evening.

And yes, Lee Garden goes beyond food-it caters to how people eat today. Whether you're dining in, grabbing a takeaway on the go, or having your favorites delivered straight to your door, it’s all sorted. It's this flexibility that keeps locals coming back, especially when the need for late-night food arises, which is often.

Accessibility is clearly a consideration here. The wheelchair-accessible seating means more diners can enjoy what Lee Garden brings to the table without worry. It might sound small, but for many, it’s a reason to choose this spot over others. Pair that with the option of grabbing a cup of coffee alongside your meal, and you’ve got a place that understands the flow of a modern dining experience.

The vibe is unpretentious, laid-back, and welcoming. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can stroll in after work, not worry about appearances, and just focus on good food. And while it might not be trying to reinvent the wheel, Lee Garden gets the basics right-something not every place can claim. Whether you're after your go-to Chinese dishes or just want a reliable spot for quick bites in Northwood, this local gem quietly delivers on every front.

food was ok when i first started ordering but night was awful the chow mein was spose to be chicken it was more onion I asked for extra beansprouts there was hardly any beansprouts and the noodles for all clogged together I asked for beansprouts because I'm disabled and can't digest if the food is all cloggy and dry...I've put up with her rudeness for quite a while because the food was okay the chicken balls what are mostly batter and soggy inside the Black bean sauce who is like water a waste of £ bloody expensive Full load of crap there is no point in moaning to her because she delivers the last minute and then doesn't answer the phone and then if you phone the next day she says you should've phoned last night. Honestly I wouldn't bother ordering from this place

Much cheaper alternative to local rival Tai Pan Express. The portion size is also significantly greater assuring you get your 'bang for your buck'. Quality of the food is very good for the classic takeaway dishes. However, the more niche dishes prove to be oddly tasting.Food slaps hard.
